We want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your Kyte Baby purchase. If you are not in love with your items, we offer easy returns and exchanges on unwashed and unworn products within 45 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging or a secure mailer.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
